We got a room at 2nd floor (twin bed) facing the street and it was beyond my expactations. The staff is excellent, very helpful, thank you so much for all your assistance. The room was really quite spacious, very bright, clean, with clean white linen, the room smelled fresh and it was quiet. There was a quite big bathroom with a bath, so taking a shower was very easy even for a bigger guy (I suppose there are smaller rooms with a small shower, however our room - n 21 was excellent). There is a kettle + tea, coffee, sugar, even small milk cups in the room - so it was very nice to have a mornig coffee in the room. It is not Ritz, however for the price we paid - we got much (much!) more than expected. Please take note - there is NO LIFT (for us it wasn't an issue, we were fully aware of it, it's written on the main page of the hotel, so honestly it's not fair to complain about it as I can see in other reviews). Apart of that, even if you get a smaller, a bit more basic room: location, location, location. It's right in the center of London, Earl's Court underground station within a few steps away, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. If you have time - take a walk around Chelsea/Kensington area to see beautiful, white houses (turn right stepping out of the hotel) or just take a walk to National History Museum, it's not really far. We are very happy that we have chosen this hotel and if I have a chance to be back to London - I'd choose this hotel again.

All of the staff was good, and Teresa was excellent and very helpful. It was very quiet, no street noise, but you could hear the people in the room next door. Once, I had to knock on the wall, and they quieted down right away. Very comfortable bed. I have allergies and the staff was very accommodating. They really worked with me and met my needs. I am very allergic to a lot of fragrances, and I had no wishes there. Also, both my husband and I have some mobility issues, and they happily put us on the ground floor. The lighting was excellent. Is very few hotel rooms have such good light. Also the curtains were great for making it dark to sleep at night. The room itself was lovely. We felt very comfortable and safe there.

Donna

Really good location next to Earls Court Underground with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. What made our stay excellent however was the friendliness and exceptional customer service from Theresa ! Thanks so much for being so wonderful to us and our adult kids you are a treasure and next time in London we would stay at Rushmore Hotel purely for the service that Theresa provides 10/10

I've stayed here many times and despite rising prices in London will always choose this hotel. The staff are always helpful and the location suits me for the airport and for getting around the city. I was able to leave my large suitcase while going off for a short trip - that is a big plus! There's no lift, but staff are kind in giving assistance - much appreciated.

Marian

The location it is very good, near subway, bus, shops, restaurants. The room and bathroom very clean, everyday they cleaned the room. The reception always open and nice attitude. The hotel it is in a very nice area, quiet. We stayed at room 33, third floor. For us it was ok, you use only stairs, no elevator. I recomand it
